In- Home Evaluation package

$440 (10% total savings) includes:

  • Pelvic Floor Therapy: 60-90 minute assessment that is customized based on your medical history, goals, symptoms, and lifestyle. An internal pelvic floor exam will assess muscle strength, integrity, and coordination to inform treatment.

  • Personal Trainer: Conducts a broader posture/form and strength assessment, focusing on overall strength, mobility, necessary corrective exercises and fitness goals. 

  • Your trainer and Blair will then discuss a plan that incorporates both functional pelvic health and general fitness objectives.

  • 15 minute virtual meeting with Blair and the trainer to talk about goals and how we are able to accomplish that across the spectrum of pelvic floor training and personal training.

Follow-up Package

4 sessions of personal training and 4 sessions of Pelvic Floor Therapy (all in-home): $1,440 (10% total savings).

  • Pelvic Floor Therapy follow up sessions will be 45-60 mins and held in the clients home.

  • Personal Training follow ups are 60 minutes. No gym is necessary, we can train right from their home if there's no gym in their building. It’s suggested to have a mat, and some weight on hand, but not required. We will also make suggestions on what equipment to get following the initial evaluation.

  • Blair is a licensed Occupational Therapist specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy and owner of Blair Mauri Pelvic Health. Her work is rooted in supporting parents at any stage through evidence, empowerment, and compassion.
